Today while I was doing my practice, my little boy Boston Terrier Rocco wouldn't leave me alone. He often loves to be near me when I am doing yoga, but today he wanted to be closer: under me in down dog, on top of me if I was on the floor, sitting with his butt next to my head in headstand. I didn't shoo him away because I kept thinking, Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu, and today this little one's happiness and freedom were somehow connected to my yoga practice. So be it. Wish I could let go like that more often. A good lesson, brought to you today by Rocco the Boston Terrier. Namaste, my sweet good boy.
Sweet..!!!

My favorite blessing as well. And good for you for stepping back. and I'm impressed you can do a headstand with a dog's behind in your face :)
ReplyDeleteHi. Where can I find the tune for this beautiful mantra?
